Technical Textiles – Swiss Made Fabric

Precision to specification.

We define textile finishing as industrial engineering craft. Rather than relying on standard settings, we push the physical parameters of our equipment to the limit – unlocking the full technical potential of every fibre. The result: process stability and end-to-end control that meets the highest technical standards.

  • Pioneering

As the first print facility in Europe, we deliver digital camouflage prints with precise IR remission.

  • Autonomy

We safeguard your supply independence through in-house pre-processing and a large greige goods warehouse under contract.

  • Precision

We deliver certified functional finishing for challenging materials – from Aramid to High-Vis.

Supply chain & reliability

End-to-end process control.

We reduce handover risks through a fully integrated, certified finishing chain at a single site.

The industry standard often forces buyers into compromise: separate knitters and finishers, opaque compliance and quality loss through generic processes. Our answer: industrial reliability.

Supply Chain

Instead of relying on external providers, we offer a fully integrated process chain at a single site. This shortens your lead times and eliminates handover risks.

Compliance

Instead of scattered documentation, we deliver end-to-end certification. From STeP by OEKO-TEX® to ISO 14001 – our processes are auditable and transparent.

Engineering

Instead of one-size-fits-all solutions, we select the process based on fibre physics. We optimise the equipment for the textile, not the other way round.

United Textile Expertise

Four stages. One site. Zero interfaces.

In Fehraltorf, we cover the entire finishing chain under one roof. Our equipment is designed to process a wide range of technical materials with precision.

01. Sourcing & warehousing

Security of supply through contract warehousing.

We source your greige goods and warehouse them under contract. This shortens your lead times and guarantees planning reliability – without tying up your own capital in stock.

02. Pre-treatment & dyeing

Fibre-specific process selection.

We select the process strictly based on fibre physics. For cellulose fibres, we use cold pad batch dyeing for a smooth, pilling-free surface (open-width processing) and reduced water consumption. We dye synthetics in high-performance jet machines.

03. Technical printing

Process fidelity from sample to series.

We operate rotary and digital printing at the same site. To eliminate deviations in the finished appearance, we maintain strict process fidelity: we always sample on the actual production line. This guarantees consistency between prototype and series.

Advanced Technologies

Technology beyond the standard.

When the requirement seems 'impossible', that's where our work begins.

  • IR remission (infrared camouflage)

As the first print facility in Europe, we deliver digital camouflage prints with controlled IR reflectance values. We guarantee the correct signature in the NIR spectrum for government security requirements.

  • Tech-Ink (Advanced Polymer Ink)

For extreme wear conditions, we use solvent-free inks. These offer maximum abrasion, scratch and UV resistance – and adhere to challenging technical substrates where standard inks fail.

  • Aramid finishing

We finish and print aramid fibres with full process reliability. Our process ensures that the structure of the fibre is not compromised during finishing.

Sustainability & origin

Ecology by design.

Proof of origin and certified processes.

Industrial finishing in Switzerland demands discipline. Our location in a residential area forces us to maintain emission levels well below legal limits. For you, this means: maximum assurance that your supply chain will never be disrupted by environmental regulations.

Labelling advantage

The depth of our in-house value creation lays the foundation for the 'Fabric made in Switzerland' label for your brand.

Evidence-based sustainability

We back up our process quality with certifications such as STeP by OEKO-TEX®, GOTS, ISO 9001/14001 and Cradle to Cradle Certified® Gold.
